What do I do if my account has been reset?

If you change the device you're using or reinstall the game and log in with an account different from the one you initially used to sign in to [ASTRA: Knights of Veda], it may seem like your progress has been reset.


Please make sure that the account you're currently logged into is the same as the one you previously used. If you're having trouble verifying your existing account, you can find it using the steps below:


■ How to check your Google account

1. Log in with Google > Select your profile in the top right corner > Manage Google Account > Go to Security.

2. Choose "Other site login methods" > Log in with Google account.

3. Verify the connection of [ASTRA: Knights of Veda].

☞ Go to Google account connection confirmation page (click)


■ How to check your Apple account:

1. In the App Store, find [Apple ID] (Note: Your Game Center account might be different from your Apple ID).

2. Log in with the Apple ID you used for [ASTRA: Knights of Veda].


■ How to Check Your Steam Account: 

- Go to [Customer Support] within Steam and proceed with finding your account and password.


※ If you have lost your E-mail Account, please use the login feature to check whether you have registered or logged in with your current email.
