We will then investigate to verify any possible violations of the operational policies. 

Additionally, if you are having trouble recording or attaching a video, please provide the nickname of the user suspected of using unauthorized programs, or attach an image where the nickname can be verified, and submit a [1:1 Inquiry] to our Customer Service.
