Why can't I hear any in-game sound?

If you've muted the in-game settings or the media volume on your device, you may not hear any sound. Please review the information below for assistance.


▷  For situations where only the game sound is muted:

- Check in-game sound settings.

- Go to the left-hand profile icon > Settings > Sound.

- Adjust the volume for music, voices, and sound effects to unmute.


▷  For situations where no sound is heard in other apps, videos, etc. besides the game sound:

● Verify your Android device's media volume settings.

- Use the volume buttons (+, -) on your mobile device to adjust.

- Tap the menu (...) icon > Adjust the volume in the ♪ (musical note) area to unmute.

- On your mobile device, go to Settings > Sound and Vibration.

- Enter the volume settings and adjust the media volume to unmute.


● Verify your iOS device's media volume settings.

- Check the Silent mode button on the left side of the device > If Silent mode is on, disable Silent mode

- Unmute by adjusting the “Ringtones and Notifications” volume in Settings > Sound on your mobile device

- Go to the Control Center > Turn off Do Not Disturb mode (moon symbol) and disable the mute settings by adjusting the volume of Silent mode (bell symbol)
