An error occured during product payment.

If you are attempting to make a payment with poor network conditions or encounter payment errors due to the payment method or store, please check the following:


1. Check network connection status

- We recommend trying in a location with a stable internet connection. If your Wi-Fi connection is not stable, please switch to LTE.


2. Check store account and payment method settings

- If the card information registered in the store is recognized as abnormal, please register a different card and use it.

- If the card is not capable of international payments, please register a card that is and use it.

- If the store considers a payment risky, the payment may fail.
