All payment items, except for those that are applied immediately, will be delivered to your [Mailbox] after purchase.
However, if there is an interruption in the network at the time of payment or if the payment store's information is not properly transmitted, the delivery of the payment items may be slightly delayed.
In such cases, please reboot your mobile device and completely close the [ASTRA: Knights of Veda] app from the task manager menu, then restart it to check if the payment items have been delivered.
If the payment items are still not delivered afterwards, please submit the details through [1:1 Inquiry].
