This can occur when the "VCRUNTIME.dll" file does not exist in the PC you are using, or does not perform its role properly.

In this case, we recommend deleting the PC version launcher, then installing and running the launcher again.

If it still does not run smoothly, please install the Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable package.

1. Go to the Download page > Click [Download]

2. Check vc_redist.x64.exe and click the Next button

3. Run the downloaded vc_redist.x86.exe file and proceed with manual installation
