The recovery service is provided up to three times per year per account for all recoverable items. 

Therefore, please ensure the item genuinely requires recovery and has not been used before submitting an inquiry in the appropriate format through the [1:1 Inquiry - Recovery - Errors with Starstone Exchange] category.

※ During recovery, items or currencies obtained through the exchange will be retracted. If the items or currencies eligible for retraction are insufficient, support for recovery may not be possible.

※ If the game is played before the recovery is complete, leading to changes in game information, support for partial recovery only or inability to provide recovery support may occur.
