If you accidentally dismantle an item through the [Inventory] menu, you can seek assistance for recovery by submitting a 1:1 inquiry within 7 days of the occurrence.
The recovery service is offered up to three times per year per account for all recoverable items combined.
Please make sure the item is indeed one you wish to recover, and if you have not used any item purchased from the NPC shop, submit your inquiry in the correct format through the [1:1 Inquiry - Recovery - Incorrect Item Dismantling] category.
※ During the recovery process, any items or currencies obtained through dismantling will be recollected, and recovery support may be difficult if there are insufficient recoverable items or currencies.
※ If you play the game and alter the game data before the recovery is completed, only partial recovery support may be possible, or recovery support may be difficult.
